MEET LEYLA,
HEAD COACH
I found my love for coaching through my own health and fitness journey after having my daughter and gaining 35 kilos. I made the decision to start focusing on better habits and training at the gym. It was then I realised, how training gave me more confidence and the ability to focus on my goals, that pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I realised the more I built my confidence inside the gym, the more I built it outside of the gym too.
Over my years of coaching, my WHY has always remained the same; I love transforming people’s lives using health and fitness as a tool and what I am really passionate about is teaching you how to navigate your health and fitness journey, all while loving the process. I do this to be the support I wish I had and to help you skip as many of the silly mistakes that wasted so much of my time, money and energy. 3 things which are very precious resources.
My mission is simplifying strength training and nutrition, to give as many people as possible a space and community where they can realise their full potential, unlock their confidence and always evolve, one rep at a time.
My goal is to educate you on how to fit this thing called fitness in with your lifestyle and not the other way round, so that you can sustain and maintain the results you work so hard for.
